Sprinkle with bread crumbs.<\/p>\n<p>Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork. Do not overcook or it will be dry.<\/p>\n<p>Serve this baked cod with your favourite vegetables.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5170f2f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5170f2f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<p><b>Recipe for pesto:<\/b><br \/>\n2 tbsp fresh basil<br \/>\n2 tbsp pine nuts (preferably roasted)<br \/>\n2 tbsp sundried tomato<br \/>\n2 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese<\/p>\n<p>Place basil, pine nuts, sundried tomatoes and olive oil in a small food processor.<\/p>\n<p>Puree until a thick paste is formed.<\/p>\n<p>Add cheese and blend well.
